The Story behind IBUFaith.com

You may ask why and how I chose this website address. Let me first state It was not easy to make the choice as so many different words came to mind. I thought to myself what is it that I want to accomplish? Should it be catchy phrase? Or easy to understand and or search? How do I stand out from others and make myself known? Who is this about me or what God is doing through me? I asked a fellow co-worker Dennis to build my website and he and his wife Keniah have inspired me to do what I should have done a long time ago. I shared with them  the words “Inspiring faith” as I woke up one morning with this on my mind and in my spirit. 

Well that was taken so I went back to the drawing board. And this time specific words resonated in my spirit. Inspired being the word to stand out the most. Then faith was shortly behind and unwavering came up the rear. Suddenly it hit me “Inspired by Unwavering Faith”. I was so excited and wanted to move quickly on securing this domain name. Dennis reminded me how people search websites and long drawn out names regardless how inspiring and thoughtful can be challenging and he suggested using an acronym. It can be inquisitive and something to think about and there it was IBUFaith.com. Oh, how this fits me as it represents the unwavering faith I have experienced over the years.

I want to share through writing, in conversations and inspire women that through our life experiences we grow stronger as we stand on the word of God and he navigates us through them. I don’t profess that I am perfect, nor do I know it all. What I do know is that no matter what I have endured, big or small, life threatening or shallow, the ups and downs and roller coasters life throws at us, that if we have just a little faith, you know the kind in the bible that talks about a mustard seed, then our heavenly  father will never leave or forsake us and will lead us through. 

I am so excited about this journey and pray that God uses me to inspire you and others.
